San andreas mouse not working in game

You can play the San Andreas game with the single-core to solve the problem. Windows 10 have an option to set the affinity to a single CPU or core. So that you can run the program or game on the single-core or CPU. DLL file in the game directory. But, you should try it if the above solutions are not working for you.

Windows 10 gives a Compatibility mode option to run those programs that are designed for previous versions of Windows OS. Running SA game as administrator may also solve your problem. If you have an Xbox controller and none of the solutions is working for you, you can use the controller instead of the keyboard and mouse.

However, the first method is working properly, but you can also try other fixes. Otherwise, you can combine the first two or three solutions. Then, you are on the right page. GTA Vice City was the best selling game of Rockstar Games sold over 17 million copies worldwide within one year of release. This video game is still popular and most of the users install it on Windows 10 platforms.

But, they face many problems. Mouse and audio are two major problems that most users reported. However, if you download and install Vice City from official and authentic sources, you may face fewer issues.

But, some users reported that the mouse and audio not working even after buying the original copy. When you open the game, the mouse will not work properly i. Sometimes, the game may fail to detect the mouse. Well, on the internet, you may find tons of solutions.

Most of the solutions are not working, and if you are a non-techie guy, it may hard for you to solve this problem. So, here are multiple solutions that I tested and work perfectly. The list of the methods is given below to solve the problem. All methods may not work for some users.

But, the first solution is enough to solve the mice issue. Modern processors have multiple cores and each core read and executes program instructions. When you launch the Vice City game, all cores work simultaneously. But, playing the game using a single core can solve your mouse problem.

Thanks to Windows 10 that gives an option to run the program on manually selected cores and gives an affinity option. So, you can select a single core or CPU of the processor to play the hassle-free game. Also, this solution works for 9 out of 10 users. Both give the same solution, only via different links. I do recommend downgrading to the 1. Good luck! I downgraded to v 1. Saves gone, redefine keymapping OK but start new game gets Critical Exception so, no game. So now the game's completely broken.

So, I went in to the steam overlay to look at a guide, went back out, and it was good! Dunno what happened, but it worked. I'd really hoped to downgrade to v 1. I've tried it twice with the same result.

Fortunately you can get through the intro mission without any mouse use. That said, I've had virtually no problems with the mouse now, after another two or three days of play.
